By accessing or using the website at concretecoppell.com or by engaging Advanced Coppell Concrete for any concrete services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use this website or engage our services.
These terms apply to all visitors to this website and to all customers who request or receive services from Advanced Coppell Concrete. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of the website or our services after changes are posted means you accept the revised terms.
Advanced Coppell Concrete provides residential and commercial concrete services in Coppell, TX and surrounding areas. Our services include, but are not limited to, concrete driveway building, patio construction, stamped concrete, sidewalk installation, garage floor concrete, decorative concrete, retaining walls, floor installation, pool decks, steps, slab foundation work, foundation installation, parking lot construction, footings, foundation raising, and concrete cutting.
All services are subject to availability, site conditions, and our current capacity. We reserve the right to decline any project at our discretion.
Estimates provided by Advanced Coppell Concrete are based on information available at the time of the assessment and are subject to change if site conditions differ from what was observed or described. A written estimate does not constitute a binding contract until both parties have signed a written service agreement.
Final pricing may be affected by changes in material costs, unforeseen site conditions (such as buried utilities, unstable soil, or difficult access), changes in project scope requested by the customer, or circumstances outside our control. We will notify you of any material change in price before proceeding with work that falls outside the original scope.
All prices are quoted in U.S. dollars. We do not guarantee prices quoted verbally. Only written quotes are binding.
Scheduling is subject to crew availability, weather conditions, and permit status. We will do our best to adhere to the agreed-upon timeline, but delays can occur due to factors beyond our control, including weather events, material delays, permit processing times, and preceding job overruns.
If you need to cancel or reschedule a scheduled job, please notify us as soon as possible. Cancellations made after materials have been ordered or work has begun may result in charges for materials and labor already incurred. The specific terms for cancellation fees will be outlined in your written service agreement.
We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule a job due to unsafe weather conditions, including high winds, extreme heat, rain, or freezing temperatures that could compromise the quality of the finished work.
Payment terms will be specified in your written service agreement. In general, a deposit may be required before work begins, with the remaining balance due upon completion of the project. We accept payment by check, cash, or electronic transfer unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Invoices not paid by the due date stated in the service agreement may be subject to a late fee. If payment is not received within 30 days of the due date, we reserve the right to pursue collection through available legal channels. Customer is responsible for reasonable costs of collection, including attorney fees, if permitted by applicable law.
To allow us to perform our work safely and effectively, you agree to:
Where required by local ordinance, Advanced Coppell Concrete will obtain building permits prior to beginning work, and the cost of permits will be included in or added to the quoted price as specified in the written service agreement. Permit timelines are controlled by the local municipality and may affect the project start date.
If you request that we proceed without required permits, we reserve the right to decline. Proceeding without legally required permits is the customer's sole responsibility if they have been made aware of the requirement and directed us to skip that step in writing.
Advanced Coppell Concrete stands behind the quality of our work. Any specific warranty terms will be stated in your written service agreement. In the absence of a specific written warranty, the following applies.
Concrete is a natural material that is subject to cracking, surface variation, and color change over time. Minor hairline cracking is a normal characteristic of concrete and is not considered a defect. Control joints are placed to guide cracking; however, cracking outside of control joints does not automatically constitute a workmanship defect if proper installation procedures were followed.
We make no warranties, express or implied, beyond those stated in a signed written service agreement. We do not warrant against cracking caused by soil movement (including expansive clay common in North Texas), tree root intrusion, freeze events, overloading by heavy vehicles beyond the specified design load, or damage caused by third parties.
THE WEBSITE AND ALL INFORMATION ON IT ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. WE MAKE NO WARRANTIES ABOUT THE ACCURACY OR COMPLETENESS OF ANY CONTENT ON THIS WEBSITE.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Advanced Coppell Concrete shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or related to our services or your use of this website, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Our total liability for any claim arising out of or related to a specific project shall not exceed the amount you paid us for that project. This limitation applies regardless of the form of action, whether in contract, tort, or otherwise.
We are not responsible for damage caused by pre-existing conditions on your property, hidden underground utilities or structures not disclosed to us, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
All content on this website, including text, images, logos, and graphics, is the property of Advanced Coppell Concrete or its content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. If a dispute arises between you and Advanced Coppell Concrete relating to our services or these terms, both parties agree to first attempt to resolve the dispute informally by contacting us directly at hi@concretecoppell.com. We will work in good faith to resolve any concern within 30 days of receiving written notice.
If informal resolution is not successful, the parties agree to submit the dispute to binding arbitration in Coppell, TX, under the rules of the American Arbitration Association, before resorting to litigation. This does not prevent either party from seeking emergency injunctive relief from a court where appropriate.
These Terms and Conditions and any disputes arising from or related to them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal action not resolved through arbitration shall be brought in the appropriate courts located in Texas.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective when posted on this website with a revised effective date. Your continued use of our website or services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. We encourage you to review these terms periodically.
